NSAT ⬦ — A university aptitude test, from paper to both app stores
Noida International University ran its scholarship aptitude test manually. We built the full system solo — a Flutter app for iOS and Android, a Firebase backend, a gated authentication flow tied to fee status, and a live exam engine with results. Login runs NIU ID → payment verification → live email fetch from the CRM → masked confirmation → email OTP → single-attempt lock, so one student can't sit the test twice. Shipped to both stores and run live on exam day.
NIU Visitor Management System ⬦ — A paper visitor register, replaced with a kiosk that feeds the CRM
Campus visitors were logged on paper, and enquiry data never reached the admissions team. We built a Next.js kiosk with webcam capture, instant QR receipts, and direct lead push into Meritto CRM. Because campus Wi-Fi drops, it runs an offline outbox queue that holds entries locally and replays them on reconnect — with a live network indicator so the desk operator always knows the state. Now on its second architecture: Supabase with row-level security, server-side integrations in Edge Functions, and a QR-based paperless employee outpass workflow.
Fee Receipt QR Verification ⬦ — Cryptographic verification for forged fee receipts
Forged fee receipts are a live problem at scale in Indian higher education, and a printed receipt with a plain QR proves nothing. We designed a signed-QR system: the receipt carries a cryptographically signed payload, scanning resolves to a verification endpoint, and the backend confirms it against the record of issue. Delivered as a formal integration specification for the university's third-party ERP vendor to implement.
Structured Data Rebuild ⬦ — A 4/100 schema score, rebuilt from zero
A university site with 30,000+ backlinks was invisible to search engines as an institution — it scored 4/100 on structured data. We implemented the full JSON-LD layer: CollegeOrUniversity, WebSite with SearchAction, Course markup across programme pages, BreadcrumbList and FAQPage. The audit that preceded it also surfaced the harder structural problem: traffic was arriving on study-note PDFs rather than programme terms, which no amount of markup fixes.
WhatsApp API Rate Analysis ⬦ — Rebuilding a vendor's pricing from Meta's base rates
A WhatsApp Business API reseller quote is nearly impossible to evaluate, because it's quoted per-market and per-category against rates most buyers never see. We rebuilt the quote from Meta's published base rates across 31 markets and every message category, and put reseller pricing next to it line by line. The markup was visible immediately, and the revised quote came back materially lower.
